Text	During their turn, if another player gains any Power, you may play 15 Years Later. Reveal Fate cards until you reveal a Hero. Play that Hero to any location in your Realm. That Hero gets -2 Strength. Discard the rest.

15 Years Later is a Condition in Syndrome's Villain deck.

Strategy

The main use of this is in the early game, when you need Heroes for your Omnidroids to defeat so you can upgrade them. However, they can still be of use in the mid game to disrupt Teamwork and to try to skip over That Was Totally Wicked and Monologuing, as having to deal with an extra Hero is less punishing than losing a Major Modifications. Even in the end game, this can be useful, as if you can get a Hero into Parr Residence, you can Vanquish and use Syndrome's Remote on the same turn, potentially winning the game; however, this use is relatively niche, and after Omnidroid v.10 comes out this is largely discard fodder.

This is easily the most trivial Condition to trigger, as every Villain gains Power.
