Fantastic if you can get it to trigger. Between Merlin, Germ Merlin, and Bird Arthur, you will be losing Transformations and copies of I'll Make the Rules, and this is your best way to get them back.
- Captain Hook/Dr. Facilier/Hades/King Candy/Oogie Boogie/Prince John/Scar - can only Vanquish to defeat
- Cruella De Vil/Mother Gothel/Syndrome/Yzma - have defeating Conditions, but otherwise can only Vanquish
- Gaston/Horned King/Jafar/Lotso/Maleficent/Pete/Queen of Hearts/Ratigan/Shere Khan - have non-Vanquish defeat options
- Evil Queen/Lady Tremaine/Ursula - cannot Vanquish
