Strategy[]
Very niche. Getting him on the board is permanent, so if you're expecting a reshuffle to get back discarded Cauldron Born, he'll be one fewer card you have to sift through, but Horned King victories often come down to a final 2 Power to get out a fourth Cauldron Born, and wasting it on Creeper is not often a good idea. If you need him to defeat a Hero out of reach of your Cauldron Born, absolutely play him, otherwise discard him.
