Strategy[]
Very easy to trigger, as you will inevitably be Fated. Sometimes this prevents a better option from being revealed, but there's a 50% chance the top card of your Fate deck is the better one. The main benefit to this card is slowing down the milling of your Fate deck. For instance, if Basil, The Mouse Queen, Makeshift Balloon, and both Calls for Help are all either in play or in the discard, Devious can protect your primary win condition by stalling your Fate reshuffle, as only one card gets revealed, rather than two.
