Doctor Finkelstein is a Hero in Oogie Boogie's Fate deck.

Befitting his role in the movie, Doctor Finkelstein is pretty lame, and one of the worst Fate picks unless you really want to cover up some of Oogie Boogie's actions, as when defeated he dilutes the Fate deck, making it less likely you'll see Fates that actually do anything.
