Best played to Hen Wen to ensure her survival, either to postpone claiming The Black Cauldron, or just to prolong Effect prevention. Still fine to play to another Hero to keep them alive longer, and thus blocking actions longer. Dyrnwyn is a priority for Jafar, as it guarantees Deception will trigger; Horned King would thus be well advised to keep his board clear so it can't be played at all.
