If he can move three or more Cauldron Born, Fflewddur is devastating; otherwise, pick the other option and try to pick him up with Reunited later when he can be more effective. Play him to either Morva or Throne Room, depending on whether you need to slow down Horned King Fating you, or want to keep him from discarding or Vanquishing, though whichever one has an Ancient Soldiers is usually the better answer, as that means more moves are required for Horned King to win. Without playing any new Cauldron Born to non-Fflewddur locations, Horned King needs at least six turns to undo the damage, making the wannabe bard very potent indeed in the lategame.
