Strategy

Easily the worst card in your deck. It's the most expensive card for what it does across all Villains, thus you're almost always better off chucking it and playing another Ally instead. However, if you happen to be floating Power, and you have a Vanquish action available, and playing this would let you defeat a Hero that would give you a win, you may as well play it, but such instances are vanishingly rare.
