If The Black Cauldron has not been Powered or even claimed yet, this does nothing, but otherwise it can be nice, even just setting back Horned King one turn by denying the first Cauldron Born play. If any Cauldron Born are on the board, this is the top priority, with Fflewddur Fflam being the only exception, depending on the board state.
