Gwythaints is an Ally in Horned King's Villain deck.
Strategy[]
The main use for these is defeating Hen Wen to claim The Black Cauldron. After that, using Cauldron Born to get rid of Heroes is the best use of your resources, making these largely discard fodder. However, every so often you may want to use one to defeat a Hero at a location where you don't yet have a Cauldron Born. These are a bit more flexible than Horned King's Henchmen, and thus can be worth playing instead of just discarding if you have nothing better to do that turn, and the Power to spare.
