Happy is a Hero in Evil Queen's Fate deck.

An excellent Fate pick, if he's timed right. A competent Evil Queen player should never defeat Happy once he's played, so you only have one shot with him. If he won't get rid of more than 2 or 3 Poison, just take the other pick, remembering he can be brought back to the top of the deck by Love's First Kiss.
