Clarifications[]

When calculating for the result of the dice roll, check for any ability from Villain cards that increases the result, including rerolls. Then, reduce the total result by 2 for each Hello, Oogie! currently in play.

Strategy[]

A decent Fate choice in the early/mid-game, as it's the best way to ensure his Impostor Sandy Clawses don't succeed. However, being an Effect, it can't cover actions, so you're usually better off with a Hero.
