Horace is an Ally in Cruella De Vil's Villain deck.
Strategy[]
Compared to Jasper, Horace is more helpful early game when he can add Puppies to the board. Can capture Puppies in a pinch, but Jasper is superior in every way in that matter except for Activation cost. Can be handed a Fireplace Poker, but once you've got most of the Puppies on the board, don't be scared to send him into battle unarmed.
