Horace Horsecollar is quite a good Fate pick, as he can delay Rule the Realm, Round Up, or Strike It Rich for a turn or two, or he can move an Ally away from Oswald the Lucky Rabbit or Mickey Mouse. More niche is moving Jalopy away from Power Play or Win Big, to make them more difficult to complete, especially at Frontier Town or Service Station, which lack bottom-row Play a Card actions.
