Ends up being neutral in terms of Power use if he's played just for Snow White, which can be fine to get the card out of your hand. Huntsman starts being very good when he can be used multiple times, most likely on Doc or Dopey. In such cases, try to keep at least one Activate action uncovered so he can be moved around, or use your Move a Hero action or Scream of Fright to bring Heroes to him.
