Strategy[]
Play this as soon as you can. The only reason to wait would be if you played I Never Go Back on My Word right before drawing this and your opponent hasn't Fated you yet, in which case focus on getting one of your daughters into a Ball Gown, but don't wait too long, as the time wasted will hurt you more than the 2 Power spent on the Effect. Once in play, the Activated Ability is quite nice, especially if it can discard Fairy Godmother or Jaq.
