Jasper is an Ally in Cruella De Vil's Villain deck.
Strategy[]
Cruella's main way of capturing puppies, and can very often give Cruella a surprise win, especially if Activated twice in one turn with Get the Job Done. Try to use Roadster to move Puppies to him. While Jasper is strong enough to defeat all Heroes in Cruella's Fate deck, this is rarely advisable unless if he is given a Fireplace Poker, or if you have the Telephone.
