- Kaa's Eyes does not let you perform an action more than once. If you perform an action covered by a Hero, then defeat or move them, you can't perform the same, previously covered action again.
Strategy[]
The main use for this is to make Kaa stronger and to get multiple Vanquishes with him. The ability of this card can be helpful, mainly for accessing the Activate at The Wastelands.
