Makeshift Balloon is an Item in Ratigan's Fate deck.
Strategy[]
A great Fate pick, as long as you can attach it to Basil or The Mouse Queen, as it both makes either of them too strong for Felicia to defeat on her own, and moves them out of harm's way (either from Felicia or a Marvelous Trap). Can also move Flaversham out of The Secret Lair, but realistically Makeshift Balloon will only be played once per game, and using it to make Ratigan spend 3 more Power is not the best use of it. Do not attach this to any other Hero unless forced to.
