A great pick all game long. Prioritize Activate actions early game to make the fire harder to remove, though covering up Fate actions can be good if you're playing as a Villain with a punishing Fate deck. Late game, prioritize The Wastelands to make it harder for Shere Khan to play and defeat Mowgli on the same turn.
