Clarifications[]

If Max is played during Ursula's turn (e.g., via Deception), but after she has already moved herself, Ursula can no longer play actions at her previous location, but can play all actions at her new location.

Strategy[]

Useful if he moves Ursula to a location she likes to visit. Also keep track of what she's trying to do - if she wants to Move an Item or Ally or Activate, move her to Ursula's Lair. If she wants to play cards and gain Power, move her to The Shore.
