Mirage is an Ally in Syndrome's Villain deck.

Her use is almost entirely in overlap with 15 Years Later, except she is more expensive and requires a Play a Card action. In a pinch she'll do, but the Condition's trigger is so trivial it's easily the better option. She does put a body on the board, but you'll be doing most of your Vanquishing with your Omnidroids anyway. Use her if needed, but go with 15 Years Later instead if you have it.
In the endgame, if there are no Heroes in your Realm, but Syndrome's Remote and Omnidroid v.10 are out of position (or you're already at their location), you can go to Parr Residence, play Mirage, bring out a Hero to that location, defeat it, then activate the Remote for the win (provided the Hero wasn't Jack-Jack).
