Strategy[]

Best used either after Syndrome uses a Condition, and thus has only 3 cards in hand total, or if you've noticed Syndrome hasn't been discarding very much, and are thus likely to force a Major Modifications to be discarded. Otherwise, you're often just helping him mill to what he needs.
