Only the second weakest Fate pick because her father actively helps Ratigan. Ratigan has no reason to ever defeat Olivia, and can easily just Capture her. Notable in that she's the only Hero in Ratigan's Fate deck that can still be Captured with Makeshift Balloon attached, though a competent opponent should never attach it to her.
