Out of Order is a Condition in King Candy's Villain deck.
Clarifications[]
- The Power does not have to be gained all at once; an opponent could gain 1 Power from a Gain Power action, then use the Ability of a card to gain more, and that would suffice.
- You must have a card in the discard pile to play Out of Order.
Strategy[]
A very useful as well as flexible card. The most powerful use for this is getting back Pay to Race after the race has started, as doing so with enough Power essentially guarantees you a win.
