Clarifications[]
- You can play Parrot even if you don't have anything in your discard pile.
- If you do have a discard pile, you do not have to take something out of it when playing Parrot.
Strategy[]
A great card, allowing you to snag back an important card, whether it was discarded by Minnie Mouse or Play a Game, or used in a Vanquish action. Also quite cheap, making them great to fulfill Rule the Realm.
