This card is played after resolving the Racer token's movement, but before you move King Candy's mover. You still move as normal after playing this.
Fix-It Felix Jr. has no effect on the resolution of this card.
You cannot play this card using a Play a Card action. The only time you may play this if desired is before moving on your turn.

Strategy[]

The best card in your deck. Do not discard this. If you can sink the full 6 Power into this after you start your Race, you will very likely win. Try to get it back with Out of Order to play it a second time, which should make your win a certainty.
