Ray is a Hero in Dr. Facilier's Fate deck.

Strategy[]

Pretty nice, as he doesn't force you to discard the other Fate option, letting you take the other card, and also cover up another location (and potentially steal the Talisman). The only time you wouldn't want to take the other pick is if it's Big Daddy La Bouff and Rule New Orleans isn't in the Fortune pile yet.
