Text	If Ruffians are played to a location other than Ratigan's, you may perform one available action at their location. You cannot use Ruffians to perform Fate actions.

Ruffians is an Ally in Ratigan's Villain deck. They can perform an action at the location they're played to, as long as Ratigan is not also there.

Clarifications

• If multiple Ruffians are played to the same location, they can perform the same action.

Strategy

Weak for their Cost, but their action-playing Ability can be very useful, to the extent where you might play one at a useful location even if there isn't a Hero there to defeat. They can activate one of your Items, then can help move The Robot Queen, let you sneak in an extra Vanquish action, or just gain you extra Power. However, don't be afraid to just discard them if you have more useful cards in hand and you're still hunting for The Robot Queen.
