Clarifications[]
- Sally’s Ability means that at the start of his turn, Oogie Boogie can only move one location to his left or right - in other words, locations adjacent to Oogie Boogie each turn. Her Ability does not refer to only being able to move to locations adjacent to Sally.
Strategy[]
Probably the strongest card in Oogie Boogie's Fate deck. Forcing Oogie Boogie to only move to neighboring locations severely slows him down, especially since she'll likely cover his Gain 3 Power action. In the endgame, she's one of the best ways to protect Jack Skellington, as you drag Oogie Boogie away from his Vanquish locations, particularly if The Graveyard is also covered.
