An excellent card, letting you quickly mill through your deck to get to your win conditions. If you ever find both Rule New Orleans and Talisman with this, always take the Talisman, as Rule New Orleans can be recovered from the discard pile by Terror, whereas the Talisman cannot, and you will have to wait for a reshuffle.
