Terror

Terror is a Condition in Dr. Facilier's Villain deck.

Clarifications[]

The Power does not have to be gained all at once; an opponent could gain 1 or 2 Power from a Gain Power action, then use the Ability of a card to gain more, and that would suffice.

A solid card. Pretty easy to trigger, as most Villains have a Gain 3 Power location, and several have other ways to gain as much. Good targets are Friends on the Other Side, Sleight of Hand, The Cards Will Tell, Rule New Orleans (if you had to discard it), or any Ally if you have Heroes that need Vanquishing. Note that Gaston and Madam Mim have no Gain 3 Power location.
