This is one of your key cards, as one of Cruella's main weaknesses is her limited means of Vanquishing Heroes. By moving a Hero to a less obtrusive location (usually Countryside), that means you don't have to waste one of your two Allies on getting rid of them, and they can't come back via Twilight Bark. This should be the only way you deal with Captain, Colonel or Perdita, as their on-play Abilities are too debilitating for you to risk them being replayed.
