A pretty meh card that is almost never worth playing. There will almost always be something better to Activate, such as Throne or Magic Tomes, and if playing Evil Queen optimally, there won't be all that many Heroes in the Fate discard pile anyway, since most of the Dwarfs are a waste of Poison to defeat. Discard this and spend your Play a Card action on literally anything else.
