The primary targets for this are, in descending order, Fireplace Poker, Get the Job Done, and Here, Puppies. This can also be useful for getting back non-attaching Items like Roadster that have been the victim of Reckless Driving. If this is in your opening hand, don't feel bad about discarding this in favor of more immediately useful cards.
