The Mouse Queen is a Hero in Ratigan's Fate deck. She prevents Ratigan's first win condition, blocking him from winning using The Robot Queen.

The best card in Ratigan's Fate deck, as long as The Robot Queen hasn't been discarded. While Basil stops Ratigan from winning by becoming his new (and easier to complete) Objective, The Mouse Queen completely puts the brakes on Ratigan, and must be dealt with before he can proceed. A great target for Makeshift Balloon, either rescuing her from a Marvelous Trap, or making her stronger than Felicia, and if she's defeated, the Makeshift Balloon can then potentially be reused on Basil.
