Expensive, but powerful. Most likely, at least one of your Impostor Sandy Claws attempts will fail, or one of them will get sniped by Jack Skellington qua Effect, and this can guarantee you a success. The fact that it reuses a discarded copy is especially nice. In the endgame, this can also copy What Have We Here? or Making Christmastime to get in an extra Vanquish, which may be necessary if there are lots of Citizens of Halloween Town still around.
