Uniform is an Item in Ratigan's Villain deck.
Clarifications[]
- Ratigan does not need to be at a location with a Vanquish action to play Uniform.
- Ratigan can still take the usual Vanquish action if he's at Big Ben, in addition to the one provided by Uniform.
Strategy[]
A very useful Item, if you already have a suitable Ally and Hero in your Realm at the same location. Otherwise, if you're still looking for The Robot Queen, this is discard fodder. If you really need it later, you can grab it with Extravagant. In the endgame, this can help Felicia overcome the Makeshift Balloon.
