Zero is a Hero in Oogie Boogie's Fate deck.

Strategy[]

Oogie Boogie has a lot of Allies in his deck, and adding +2 Strength to Jack Skellington really amounts to just another copy of Bats, and if all three of Lock, Shock, and Barrel are in play, he's fully pointless. Better to just play Citizens of Halloween Town and at least force Oogie Boogie to waste an extra Vanquish action. That said, he is a Hero, and he does block actions, and he at least does more than Doctor Finkelstein or The Mayor of Halloween Town.
